  • Course content is designed according to school board requirements and internal academic standards.

4. Exams & Performance

  • Academic performance depends on student effort and attendance.
  • The academy does not guarantee specific marks or results.

  • Reproduction, sharing, or resale without written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Refund & Cancellation

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Studi Breeze Academy & SB Tuitions, we aim to provide quality educational services. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before enrolling in any course or service.

1. Course Fee Payment

All course fees must be paid in advance as per the selected course plan. Fees once paid are considered final and are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.

2. Cancellation by Student / Parent

  • Once enrollment is confirmed, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or in person).
  • If cancellation is requested before the course starts, up to 70% of the paid fee may be refunded after administrative charges.
  • If cancellation is requested after the course has started, no refund will be provided.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

4. Missed Classes

No refunds will be given for:

  • Missed classes
  • Late joining
  • Absenteeism
  • Change of batch or schedule

Make-up classes may be provided at the academy’s discretion.

5. Change of Course or Batch

Course or batch changes are subject to availability and management approval. Any fee difference must be paid by the student.

6. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be made through:

  • Bank transfer
  • UPI
  • Original payment method

Cash refunds are not encouraged unless approved.

7. Academy Rights

Studi Breeze Academy & SB Tuitions reserves the right to:

  • Modify the course structure, timings, or faculty
  • Cancel or reschedule classes if required
  • Update this policy at any time without prior notice
